Welcome to Yoel’s Jewelry. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services.
By visiting our website, submitting an order, or purchasing a product from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. Please review them carefully before completing a purchase.
Yoel’s Jewelry is based in Ramat Gan, Israel, and offers handcrafted jewelry and Judaica to customers in Israel and worldwide.
You may use this website only for lawful personal shopping purposes.
By using the website, you confirm that you are legally permitted to enter into a purchase agreement in your country or place of residence. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content for unlawful or commercial copying purposes.
We may refuse or cancel service when we reasonably believe that an order, payment, account, or website activity is fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
Many Yoel’s Jewelry products are individually handcrafted. Small differences in texture, color, dimensions, weight, engraving, stone appearance, polish, or finish may occur between one piece and another.
These natural variations are part of the character of handmade jewelry and are not normally considered defects.
Gemstones, Eilat stone, Roman glass, ancient materials, and other natural or historical elements may contain individual patterns, shades, marks, patina, or surface variations. No two pieces made with these materials will necessarily look exactly the same.
We make reasonable efforts to present each product accurately through photographs, videos, measurements, and written descriptions.
The appearance of colors, gold tones, gemstones, and surface finishes may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, screen quality, and device settings.
Product dimensions and weights may be approximate, particularly for handmade or made-to-order pieces. When a product is individually produced, minor differences from the photographed example may occur without changing the essential design or quality of the item.
Some pieces are produced only after an order is placed, while others may be available in limited quantities.
Adding a product to the shopping cart does not reserve it. We may discontinue products, change availability, limit quantities, or cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable.
When an ordered product cannot be supplied, we will contact the customer and arrange an appropriate refund or alternative solution.
Prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown on the website. Currency conversions displayed by third-party payment or website services may be approximate.
Prices may be updated without prior notice. A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is confirmed. Additional verification may be requested when necessary to protect the customer and the business against unauthorized transactions.
The customer is responsible for checking the order details, product selection, ring size, engraving, delivery address, and contact information before payment.
Although we make every effort to maintain accurate information, occasional errors may occur in pricing, product descriptions, specifications, discounts, availability, or photographs.
When an obvious error is discovered, Yoel’s Jewelry may correct the information and contact the customer before production or shipment. We may cancel and refund an order when it was placed using a clearly incorrect price or materially inaccurate product information.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights available to the customer under applicable law.
An automated email confirming receipt of an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
An order is accepted after the payment has been approved and we have confirmed that the product can be supplied or produced.
We may contact the customer when additional information is required, including confirmation of measurements, engraving, customization, payment, or delivery details.
A product is considered customized when it is created, engraved, resized, modified, set with specially selected stones, or otherwise produced according to the customer’s individual instructions.
The customer is responsible for carefully reviewing all approved details, including spelling, Hebrew lettering, names, dates, measurements, ring size, metal type, stone selection, and design instructions.
Once production has begun, a custom or personalized order may not be changed or canceled, except where cancellation is required by applicable law or separately approved by Yoel’s Jewelry in writing.
Any approved change requested after production begins may require an additional payment and may extend the production time.
Customers must select and confirm the correct ring size before ordering.
Ring sizing may differ between countries and measurement systems. Customers are strongly encouraged to have their finger professionally measured before placing an order.
Rings are produced or adjusted according to the selected size and are therefore non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except where required by applicable law or when the product is defective or materially different from the confirmed order.
If resizing is technically possible, it may be offered as a paid service. Shipping, labor, materials, and any additional stones or metal required for resizing may be charged separately.
Production and delivery times shown on the website are estimates. They may vary according to the product, destination, carrier, customs procedures, holiday periods, security conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Yoel’s Jewelry is not responsible for additional costs or delays caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.
When tracking is available, the customer is responsible for monitoring the shipment and responding promptly to requests from the carrier or customs authorities.
A delay caused by a carrier, customs authority, postal service, weather event, security situation, or other external event does not automatically entitle the customer to cancel a customized or made-to-order product.
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, local taxes, handling fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
Yoel’s Jewelry does not control the amount charged by foreign customs or tax authorities and cannot guarantee whether charges will apply.
Refusing to pay customs charges or refusing delivery does not automatically qualify an order for a full refund. Any refund that is legally or contractually due may be reduced by return shipping, customs charges, carrier fees, or other non-refundable expenses incurred because of the refusal.
Returns are accepted only for eligible sterling silver products that:
Gold jewelry, rings, engraved items, resized products, personalized pieces, custom designs, made-to-order products, and specially ordered items are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law or when the product is defective or materially different from the confirmed order.
A customer must contact Yoel’s Jewelry before sending any product back. Returning a product without prior authorization does not guarantee that the return will be accepted.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for an approved standard return.
Returned products should be securely packaged and sent using a trackable and insured shipping method. The customer remains responsible for the returned parcel until it is received by Yoel’s Jewelry.
Yoel’s Jewelry is not responsible for a returned parcel that is lost, damaged, delayed, or sent to the wrong address.
When a verified defect, shipping damage, or incorrect item is attributable to Yoel’s Jewelry, the matter will be handled according to applicable law and the circumstances of the order.
Approved refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Original shipping charges, express delivery charges, return shipping, customs duties, taxes, payment-processing costs, and other third-party charges may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
A refund may be refused or reduced when a returned item shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, missing components, improper packaging, or use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
Approved refunds are generally returned through the original payment method. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
Customers should inspect the parcel shortly after delivery.
When an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order, the customer should contact us promptly and provide the order number, a clear description of the issue, photographs of the product, and photographs of the packaging where relevant.
The item should not be worn, repaired, resized, polished, or altered before we have reviewed the claim.
Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate solution may include repair, replacement, correction, or refund, subject to applicable law.
Jewelry should be handled and stored carefully. Contact with chemicals, perfume, cosmetics, cleaning products, chlorine, salt water, excessive moisture, impacts, pressure, or unsuitable polishing materials may damage metal, stones, plating, enamel, glass, or delicate components.
Normal wear, scratches, tarnishing, fading, accidental damage, broken chains, bent parts, stone loss caused by impact, and damage resulting from misuse or improper storage are not normally considered manufacturing defects.
Customers should follow any care instructions supplied with the product.
Repair requests are reviewed individually. A repair may involve charges for labor, replacement materials, stones, shipping, customs, or insurance.
Any repair, resizing, modification, stone replacement, or alteration performed by another jeweler or third party may affect the product and may prevent Yoel’s Jewelry from accepting responsibility for later damage.
No repair outcome can be guaranteed before the product has been physically inspected.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the design, photographs, production methods, or other intellectual property connected with that product.
The website may use or link to services provided by payment processors, shipping carriers, social-media platforms, applications, or other third parties.
Those services may operate under their own policies and terms. Yoel’s Jewelry is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, content, or policies of third-party websites and services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yoel’s Jewelry will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss resulting from the use of the website, a delivery delay, misuse of a product, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
These Terms and the operation of Yoel’s Jewelry are governed by the laws applicable in Israel, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to a customer under applicable law.
Any dispute should first be submitted to Yoel’s Jewelry in writing so that both parties have a reasonable opportunity to resolve it directly.
Yoel’s Jewelry may revise these Terms of Service when business practices, website features, services, or legal requirements change.
The version displayed on the website at the time of an order will generally apply to that order, subject to mandatory law.
Continued use of the website after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for future use and purchases.
