Return Procedure

Return Conditions
Returns are subject to the following conditions:

Contact Requirement: Items sent back to Yoel's Jewelry without prior contact with our customer service department will be refused and not refunded.

Damage: If the item is returned damaged or missing parts, not due to our fault, the repair cost will be deducted from the total refund.

Improper Labeling/Packaging: If the returned item is improperly labeled or packaged, collect-shipment costs or custom-release costs may be charged and deducted from the refund. - Items with diamonds or engraving
- Personally inscribed items
- Used or damaged items
- Improperly packaged items
- Items altered or resized by a jeweler other than Yoel's Jewelry
- Gold and rings, which are custom made to size per order

Back Orders
If an item is on back order, we will ship the in-stock items first and the rest when available. No additional shipping charges will apply for the second shipment.
