This tremendous hand made Yemenite Filigree work dreidel is made from 925 sterling silver and set with a colorful roman glass fragment.

The main part of the dreidel is an astonishing piece of roman glass fragment, this piece of Roman Glass is approximately 2000 years old, the colorful layer that covers the glass called PATINA and it’s a cause of a chemical reaction that was created during the long years deep in the ground, this variation of colors made each piece of glass unique.

Included with the jewelry will be a certificate of authenticity stating the following: "This certifies that this piece of hand made jewelry is set with authentic 2,000-year-old Roman Glass manufactured by the ancient Romans in 2 b.c. The glass was found in archeological diggings throughout the Holy Land. It is authentic and is certified as a genuine antique."

The dreidel stands on a small basis made from a semi filigree ring.
The Hebrew letters (Nun, Gimel, Hey, and Pey) are soldered around the delicate filigree framework which stands for the Hebrew phrase "NES GADOL HAYA PO" which means

"A great miracle happened here" referring to the miracle occurring in the land of Israel, The dreidel is a traditional toy which Jewish children play in Hanukkah.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is paramount to us at Yoel's Jewelry. We strive to ensure that every item leaving our store meets the highest quality standards. If you encounter any issues with our products, you may send them back for repair, exchange, or refund.

Return Procedure

To return an item, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 14 days of receiving your item, contact our customer service department through the Contact Us web form to receive specific mailing instructions. This step is crucial to avoid customs issues that might arise from incorrect packaging.

  2. Packaging: Mail the returned item in protective packaging to ensure its safe return.

  3. Notification: Once we receive and review your returned item, we will notify you via email and issue a refund to your original method of payment.

  4. Exchanges: If you choose to exchange the item for one of a different price, we will apply the appropriate additional charge or partial refund.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for the processing of your return.

Return Conditions

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Contact Requirement: Items sent back to Yoel's Jewelry without prior contact with our customer service department will be refused and not refunded.
  • 14-Day Limit: Items must be sent back within 14 days of receipt by the customer. Returns after 14 days will be refused.
  • Packaging: Items must be returned in protective packing materials, including all original documents and tags.
  • Condition: Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Damage: If the item is returned damaged or missing parts, not due to our fault, the repair cost will be deducted from the total refund.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable. The refunded sum will be the total amount paid minus shipping fees and a restocking fee equal to 10% of the item's cost.
  • Improper Labeling/Packaging: If the returned item is improperly labeled or packaged, collect-shipment costs or custom-release costs may be charged and deducted from the refund. If these charges exceed the actual refund amount, Yoel's Jewelry will refuse to pay such charges. To avoid this, always contact us for exact return instructions before returning an item.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made items 
  • Items with diamonds or engraving
  • Personally inscribed items
  • Used or damaged items
  • Improperly packaged items
  • Items altered or resized by a jeweler other than Yoel's Jewelry
  • Gold and  rings, which are custom made to size per order

Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion by posting the updated terms on our site. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

Shipping Policy

Worldwide Shipping

We ship globally! Choose your preferred shipping method during checkout:

  • Registered Mail: Free, delivery within 14-21 business days.
  • DHL Express: $30.99 delivery within 3-5 business days.
  • Orders over $350 will be shipped for free via DHL Express.

You will receive an email with your order's tracking number and a link to track your package.

Processing Time

If the items are in stock, they will be shipped within 1-2 days. If we need to craft them, it will take 4-5 business days. Personalized items, like name jewelry and rings, may take longer to ship

Multiple Addresses

To ship to multiple addresses, contact us through the "Contact Us" form for instructions. Include any special shipping requests in the “comments” box during checkout.

Back Orders

If an item is on back order, we will ship the in-stock items first and the rest when available. No additional shipping charges will apply for the second shipment.

International Shipping

International buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and charges. Check with your country's customs office for additional costs before purchasing.

For European VAT regulations, contact us directly for purchases below €150 for a seamless checkout.

Delayed Shipping

Unexpected delays can occur due to weather, strikes, holidays, or other factors. If your package is delayed, contact us, and we will investigate promptly.

Important Notice

During November-December and around Valentine’s Day in February, mail may be delayed due to high volumes. We are not responsible for such delays.
